摘要:针对传统的基于WebGIS的农田环境信息管理系统在数据统计分析、决策支持能力方面的不足,研究如何将R语言的统计制图能力和统计分析与GIS Server的空间数据制图和处理分析能力结合,构建农田环境管理决策支持系统。在分析探讨Rserve与GIS Server集成技术的基础上,提出了基于Rserve与GIS Server集成技术的农田环境管理决策支持系统架构,并基于J2EE,Rserve ArcGIS Server和Flex技术实现了农田环境管理决策支持系统。通过集成Rserve与GIS Server,弥补了GIS在空间统计分析方面的不足,增强了农田环境管理决策支持系统在农田土壤环境质量统计分析、农田土壤环境等级划分、农田土壤环境质量评价与预警、加密采样空间布局优化等方面的功能和性能,提高因地制宜地实施农产品产地环境管理与决策的科学性。
Abstract:In order to solve the deficiency of the traditional WebGIS based farmland environment information management system in the data statistical analysis decision support ability,the farmland environmental management decision support system is built.The statistical analysis and spatial data mapping ability of R language with the spatial data mapping and processing analysis ability of GIS Server is combined into the system.Based on the analysis of Rserve and GIS Server integrated technology,the framework of management decision support system for farmland environment is put forward based on Rserve and GIS Server integration technique.The J2EE,Rserve,ArcGIS Server and Flex technology was used to achieve the management decision support system for farmland environment.Through the integration of Rserve and GIS Server,it could fix deficiencies of the spatial statistical analysis if GIS and enhanced the function and performance of farmland environmental management decision support system in farmland soil environmental quality analysis,farmland soil environmental classification,farmland soil environmental quality evaluation and warning analysis and spatial additional sampling layout optimization etc.It improved the scientificity and practicability of the environmental management and decision making of agricultural products in local conditions.
