“正交”便携反射式光弹性仪误差分析

摘要:为满足工程现场观测高应变梯度区域、裂纹尖端区域应力光图以及用光弹贴片钻孔法测残余应力的需要,研究了基于光弹贴片技术原理的反射式光弹性仪,分析了"正交"反射式光弹性仪偏光系统的工作原理,运用误差理论论证了仪器设计的可行性及有效性,本仪器正、反两测回所得的测量数据是等精度的,给出了仪器测试结果的极限误差.结果表明,使用该仪器能得到光弹性方法中的全部试验数据,极限误差满足原理误差要求.

Abstract:To meet the requirements of the observations of the high strain-gradient region in engineering site, the stress light images and the residual stress measurement based on the photoelastic coating and drilling method, we research the reflective photoelastic apparatus based on the photoelastic coating technology, analyze the principle of the polarizing system of orthogonal reflective photoelastic apparatus. Error theory is applied to verify the feasibility and validity of the instrument design. The test data from the clockwise and anticlockwise directions are equal precision, and the limit error of the measuring apparatus is provided. The results show that all test data by the photoelastic method can be obtained by the proposed instrument, and that the limit error satisfies the error requirements of principle errors.
