新型钢管混凝土支架在软岩巷道加固工程中的试验研究

摘要:为解决深井软岩巷道修复加固的技术难题,提出了采用钢管混凝土支架的支护技术,通过直墙半圆拱钢管混凝土支架与单位长度含钢量相同的U型钢支架承载力试验,考察了不同加载条件下两种支架的极限载荷与变形量.结果表明,钢管混凝土支架的承载能力是相同含钢量U型钢支架的2.1~2.4倍,并具有良好的可缩性.根据试验结果,选择钢管混凝土支架参数,并应用于平顶山天安煤业股份公司六矿最具有软岩特性的戊二轨道下山巷道修复加固工程中,有效地控制了软岩巷道大变形和长期流变,巷道修复2年后完整无损,为深井软岩巷道修复加固工程提供了参考.

Abstract:In order to solve the technical problem of restoring and reinforcing a deep soft rock tunnel, the supporting technology of a concrete-filled steel tube stand is put forward. By the bearing capacity test of a concrete-filled steel tube stand laid in a straight wall semi-circular arch and a U-shape steel stand with the same steel content, the ultimate load and distortion of those two types of stands under different loading conditions are observed. It turns out that the bearing capacity of a concrete filled steel tube stand is 2. 1 ~ 2. 4 times of that of a U-shape set with the same steel content, and it has good retractility. According to test results, an effective control over the large deformation and the long-term rheological state of a soft rock tunnel is developed, choosing concrete-filled steel-tube-stand parameters and applying them into the restoring and reinforcing engineering of the downhill tunnel of the second rail at the fifth coal seam, which has the typical property of soft rock at the Sixth Coal Mine of Ping Dingshan Tian An Coal Mining Co. Ltd. Meanwhile, the tunnel remains intact two years later after the restoration. It provides a reference for the restoration and reinforcement engineering of a deep soft rock tunnel.
