摘要:通过研究LDPE/EVA基料、阻燃剂、偶联剂、抗氧剂、相溶剂等对矿用无卤阻燃电缆绝缘材料性能的影响,确定了该种材料最佳配方中各主要助剂的添加份数分别为LDPE 100 phr,EVA 22 phr,抗氧剂1010 2.8 phr,阻燃剂氢氧化铝38 phr,偶联剂KH560 12 phr,相溶剂MC4 287 phr.对材料综合性能进行了测试并与国外同类产品性能进行对比,结果表明,按该配方制得的矿用无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆绝缘材料性能符合国标要求,能满足替代国外同类产品需求.

Abstract:The best formula of material was determined by studying the effect of LDPE-EVA base material, flame retardant, coupling agent, antioxidant and solvent on the properties of flame retardant materials without halogen for mine cables, including 100 phr LDPE, 22 phr EVA, 2. 8 phr antioxidants, 38 phr aluminum hydroxid, 12 phr HK560 and 7 phr MC 428. The comprehensive properties of the material prepared by the best formula were tested and compared with similar foreign products. The results show that the properties of flame retardant materials without halogen used for mine cables meet the national standard and can replace similar foreign products completely.
