Abstract：The global attractivity of the positive equilibrium point of a Logistic model with piecewise constant argument is investigated. A new sufficient condition for global attractivity is obtained by using the method of a discrete Lyapunov function. The restrict on the intrinsic growth rate less than or equal to 2 is relaxed.
