全轻页岩陶粒混凝土的强度影响因素

摘要:因轻骨料混凝土的强度影响因素较多,且相关规程对配合比设计参数规定的范围又较宽,从而导致配合比设计困难.因此,为了确定最佳配合比设计参数对全轻页岩陶粒混凝土进行了一系列强度因素影响试验.结果表明,页岩陶粒混凝土强度主要取决于水泥砂浆强度、骨料自身强度和预湿时间.虽然混凝土强度与水胶比成反比,并与砂率的影响规律相同,但都有一个强度上限值;其次,轴心与立方体抗压强度接近,7 d与28 d抗压强度也较接近;第三,其弹性模量较普通混凝土低,而峰值应变与总应变则较普通混凝土大,因此,更适宜于抗震与抗爆炸冲击等结构.

Abstract:Because the strength of full lightweight concrete ( FLC) is affected by many factors, and the ranges of design parameters of mix ratios are also wide in related specifications, which results in difficulties of mix design. Therefore, in order to determine the parameters of the optimal proportions, a series of strength factors on full lightweight shale ceramsite concrete ( FLSCC) are researched experimentally. The test results show that the FLSCC strength depends mainly on the strength of cement mortar and aggregate, and pre-wetted time. The concrete strength and water / binder ( W / B) ratio have also an inverse relationship, but the strength has an upper limit; similarly, sand ratio too. Secondly, the axial compressive strength is similar to the cube strength, and the compressive strength of 7 days is also close to that of 28 days. Thirdly, the stress- strain curve shape of the FLSCC is similar to ordinary one, but the elastic modulus is lower, the peak strains and the total strains are larger. Thusly, it is suitable for anti-seismic and anti-blast and anti-impact structures.
