摘要:利用CAD软件拼凑三相异步电动机定、转子槽型的设计方法具有一定的盲目性,提出了一种解析方法对三相异步电动机一类特殊的定、转子槽型进行设计.用此方法设计出鼠笼型三相异步电动机,并用磁场分析软件Magnet进行仿真分析,将电机定子轭部磁密及齿部磁密、气隙磁密、转子轭部磁密及齿部磁密的设计值与磁场仿真后得到的磁密值做对比,结果表明,两者十分吻合,从而验证了所提出方法的正确性.因此,该方法可作为同类槽型设计和优化的理论依据.

Abstract:Since it was groundless to construct slots of three-phrase asynchronous motors with CAD software, an analytic method was proposed to design the stator and rotor slots of three-phrase asynchronous motors. A threephase squirrel cage induction motor was designed in the analytic method and simulated with Magnet ( magnetic field analysis software) . Comparing the design values of magnetic flux densities of stator lamination's yoke and teeth, air gap and rotor lamination's yoke and teeth with the obtained ones by simulation, the result showed that both of them have less difference and further indicate that the proposed analytic method was correct. Therefore, the analytic method can provide a theoretical basis for designing and optimizing similar slots.
