摘要:变压器的油温反映了变压器的负载能力,同时也影响着变压器的使用寿命.通过分析变压器的发热、散热原理,以灰色理论GM(1,1)模型为理论基础,用当前和历史温度数据预测一定时间之后的变压器顶层油的温度,推导建立了变压器顶层油温变化的数学模型,并依此设计了以单片机为核心的变压器油温预测控制的软硬件系统.仿真结果显示,所设计的系统能够通过判定条件控制风机的开启与关闭,可以有效保证变压器顶层油温不越限,达到控制目的.

Abstract:The oil temperature of a transformer reflects its load capacity and influences its working life. From the current and the historical temperature data for forecasting the top oil temperature of a transformer, a mathematical model for the temperature changes of the top layer oil of a transformer has constructed, based on the grey theory GM ( 1, 1) model through the analysis of the transformer heating and cooling principle, and a software and hardware system for the predictive control of oil temperature in a transformer is designed by a Microcontroller. Simulation results showed that this designed system could control the fan opening and closing through determination conditions, and the control purpose to keep the top oil temperature of a transformer under limits could be thusly achieved.
