基于Rough Set和层次分析法的煤矿安全评价方法

摘要:安全评价包括定性和定量2种方法,而对煤矿的安全评价以定性评价居多,其评价结果缺乏科学性和准确性,且有较强的主观性.针对煤矿安全评价中已有评价方法权数分配不合理、指标权数测定困难、难以对企业进行有效的综合安全评价的现状,建立了煤矿安全评价系统递阶层次结构图,采用粗糙集理论和层次分析法相互结合的方法来确定煤矿安全评价指标权数.结果表明,通过该方法来确定煤矿安全评价的指标权数,将更加符合煤矿企业的实际,具有科学性和准确性.

Coal mine safety assessment based on rough set theory and analytical hierarchy process

Abstract:Safety evaluation mainly includes qualitative and quantitative methods.Qualitative methods are usually used to appraise the safety condition of coal mine enterprise.The results are lack of scientificalness, accuracy and subjectiveness.The former assessment method can't assign and measure the weight number of assessment indexes reasonable, so it is difficulty in appraise the comprehensive safety condition of coal mine enterprises.This paper firstly construct the hierarchical structure of coal mine safety assessment, and determine the weight number of safety indexes through combining rough theory and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) .Then pointed out that the comprehensive assessment based on rough set and AHP is a feasible assessment method, which is more corresponding to the practice of coal mine.
