近15年来我国研究生心理健康状况的元分析

摘要:搜集2000—2014年间采用SCL-90量表评价研究生心理健康的公开和未公开发表的文献,对符合纳入标准的58篇研究报告采用元分析的方法,探讨近15年来研究生心理健康的整体状况。结果表明:一是与全国常模比较,研究生平均效果量在-0.17到0.23之间,总体差异不显著,研究生心理并非不健康,问题并非严重;二是性别效应不明显,男女心理健康水平没有显著差异;三是专业、学校类型、地域,以及研究报告的质量、出版年代等因素影响研究生心理健康状况,专业、学校类型和出版年代三者共同解释SCL-90因子变异的40.3%,出版年代效应显著,能解释因子变异的27.2%;四是近15年来研究生心理健康水平有提高的趋势。

Abstract:Based on the 58 research papers concerning graduates' mental health with SCL-90 scale, we did a meta analysis to systematically assess the mental health status of postgraduates in the past 15 years and found: compared with the national norm, the average effect sizes range from- 0. 17 to 0. 23, which indicated the mental health of postgraduates was not serious; the level of mental health was not significantly different between male and female postgraduates; the year of publication, major, university quality, locality and publication quality were influence factors working on postgraduates mental health status, with the former three accounting for 40. 3% and the year of publication as the major influence factor accounting for 27. 2%; postgraduates' mental healthy level has a tendency of increasing in the past 15 years.
