Abstract：Integrity is the combination of “sincerity”and “credit”, and the unity of honest character and credible conduct. “Sincerity”is the spirit based on the “truth”and “credit”is the pattern of communication based on “sincerity”, which embodies the power of individual virtue and social order. The value of integrity not only reflects the demands of social development, but also the nature for goodness of individuals. It is the basis of value that a man lives on in the society, the value orientation of law implementation, and the value norm of modern economic operation.
