Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, emergency, in terms of its frequency of occurrence and complexity, raises higher requirements for emergency management level. As an important part of emergency management, the task of emergency culture construction is becoming increasingly difficult.Starting late, Chinese emergency culture construction lags behind foreign countries. From the perspective of disaster films, this paper put forward some feasible suggestions for the development of emergency culture, through comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign emergency culture.
