Abstract：Healthy tourism culture is the guarantee of promoting sustainable development of tourism industry. To resist vulgar tourism culture effectively and enhance the positive energy and soft power of tourism culture, this paper put forward the following countermeasures: relying on the leading force of government and sticking to problem-orientated approaches, improving the construction of tourism professional ethics, strengthening the management of tourism market order according to law, constructing the supervision mechanism of tourism culture, and attaching importance to the research of tourism culture theory.
