摘要:为了解决选矿企业生产厂房由振动筛引起的振害问题,以平煤八矿选煤厂的生产主厂房为例,研究吸振方法在控制生产厂房振害中的应用。首先将安装振动筛的框架梁简化为两端有弹簧支撑的Timoshenko梁,然后研究振动筛、弹性支撑Timoshenko梁、吸振器构成的动力系统应该满足的动力学方程,从而获得吸收框架梁振动的原理(理论公式),之后讨论吸振结构的组成与功能,在此基础上进行吸振试验研究,最后完成吸振结构的工程应用与实践。结果表明:吸振结构可以吸收振动筛下框架梁90%以上的振幅,说明吸振方法在控制选煤厂生产厂房结构振动上是有效的;吸振的核心技术是正确处理生产厂房结构与吸振结构的振动分离问题或振动的单向传递问题。

Theory and implementation of vibrational absorbing method in vibrational control ofproduction workshop in coal preparation plant

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of vibration damage caused by vibrating sieves in the production plant of mineral processing enterprise the theory and practice of vibration absorption method were studied for the purpose of controlling the vibration damage of production workshop by taking the main workshop structure of the No. 8 coal preparation plant of Pingdingshan coal group as an example. The frame-beam fixing a vibrating sieve was simplified to a Timoshenko beam with spring support at both ends and then the dynamic equations of the dynamic system composed of a vibrating sieve an elastic supported Timoshenko beam and a vibration absorber were developed so as to obtain the principle theoretical formula for absorbing the vibration of the beam and then the composition and function of a vibrational absorbing structure were discussed. On the foregoing basisa vibrational absorbing experimental study was carried out. Finallythe engineering application and practice of a vibrational absorbing structure are completed. The theoretical and experimental as well as implementary results showed that the vibration absorption structure could absorb more than 90% of the vibrational amplitude of the frame-beam fixing a vibrating sieve indicating that the vibration absorption method was an effective method to control the structural vibration of the production workshop in the coal preparation plant. The key technology of vibration absorption was to correctly deal with the problem of the vibrational separation between the workshop structure and a vibrational absorbing structure or the problem of unidirectional transmission of the vibration between the workshop structure and a vibrational absorbing structure.
