前混合高压磨料水射流对混凝土块的切割试验研究

摘要:为了解前混合高压磨料水射流对混凝土等材料的切割能力,使用比较研究法,采用移动切割和固定切割两种切割方式,进行磨料与纯水水射流对混凝土块切割深度对比试验、水砂混合磨料与水和棕刚玉混合磨料水射流对混凝土块的切割深度对比试验、不同水砂比(质量比) 的水砂混合磨料水射流对混凝土块的切割深度对比实验,分析改变压力、水砂比、靶距对切割深度的影响,结果表明:前混合高压磨料水射流切割比高压纯水切割效果更加明显,对于不同硬度的混凝土块,磨料水射流切割均有明显优势;当靶距达到1 000 mm时,磨料水射流仍有很强的切割能力。

Experimental study on the cutting of concrete blocks by premixed high pressure abrasive water jet

Abstract: To study the cutting ability of the premixed high pressure abrasive water jet on concrete or other materials,the comparative study method was used. Combined with the two cutting methods of mobile cutting and fixed cutting,the comparison experiments of the cutting depth of abrasive and pure water jet on concrete blocks were carried out. The cutting depth comparison experiments of mixed abrasive and water and brown corundum mixed abrasive water jet on concrete block,the comparison experiment of water sand mixed abrasive water jet with different water-sand ratio( mass ratio) on the cutting depth of concrete block were carried out. The influences of analysis of changing pressure , water ,sand ratio and target distance on cutting depth were analyzed. The results showed that the effect of premixed high pressure abrasive hydraulic cutting was more obvious than that of high-pressure pure water cutting. For concrete blocks of different hardness , abrasive hydraulic cutting has obvious advantages; When the target distance reache 1 000 mm , the abrasive hydraulic cutting still had a strong cutting ability.
