智能干油润滑系统在步进式冷床上的改造与应用

摘要:针对钢铁生产企业步进式冷床传统双线式干油润滑系统存在的润滑点数少、润滑压力过高、润滑可靠性差、质量欠佳等问题,提出一种适应步进式冷床工况需求的新型载波型智能干油润滑系统。首先,分析载波型智能干油润滑系统的组成和控制原理,并对载波型智能干油润滑系统的硬件控制系统进行研发;然后,对传统双线式干油润滑系统进行升级改造,构建润滑系统的工控软件管理系统,采用逐点供油、逐点检测的监控方式,保证每个润滑点有足够的供油压力;最后,对110万t冷床轧制工艺的步进式冷床润滑系统进行参数测试和验证优化,将润滑系统压力由改进前的25 MPa降低至15 MPa,依然能保证润滑质量。结果表明:(1)采用载波通讯技术,简化了从控制柜到现场的专用通讯线路;(2)通过增加闭环的润滑监控系统、增加润滑点数、逐点供油监控制等措施,降低润滑压力10 MPa,有效降低了润滑系统能耗;(3) 通过在步进式冷床生产线上进行系统测试和生产检验,取得了很好的经济和社会效益。

Transformation and application of intelligent dry oil lubrication system in stepping cooling bed

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low lubrication points , high lubrication pressure , poor lubrication reliabili- ty ,and poor quality in the traditional two-line dry oil lubrication system of the stepping cooling bed in steel production enterprises, the new carrier type intelligent dry oil lubrication system and method were put forward to meet the requirements of the stepping cooling bed. Firstly , the composition and control principle of the carrier-type intelligent dry oil lubrication system were analyzed,and the hardware control system of the carrier-type intelligent dry oil lubrication system was developed. Then , the traditional two-line dry oil lubrication system was reformed and upgraded , the industrial control software management system of lubrication system was constructed, and the monitoring mode of point-by-point oil supply and point-by-point detection was adopted to ensure that each lubrication point had sufficient oil supply pressure. Finally,by testing and optimizing the parameters of the stepping cooling bed lubrication system of the 1. 1 million tons cooling bed rolling process ,the pressure of the lubrication system was reduced from 25 MPa before the improvement to 15 MPa, and the lubrication quality was still guaranteed. The results showed that:(1)The dedicated communication line of the control cabinet to the field was simplified by the use of carrier communication technology; (2) By increasing the closed-loop lubrication monitoring system and the number of lubrication points ,based on the point-by-point oil monitoring control and other measures to reduce the lubrication pressure on 10 MPa, the lubrication system energy consumption was effectively reduced; (3)Better economic and social benefits had been achieved by system testing and production inspection on the stepping cooling bed production line.
