Maintenance decision of mine hoist electric drive system based oncase-based reasoning

Abstract:In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of the mine hoist electric drive system and to ensure its safe and stable operation, case-based reasoning technology was applied to the maintenance decision of mine hoist electric drive system. Firstly, a multi-level case retrieval model was established by using a case representation method based on feature representation, and the similarity between cases was calculated by using the weighted KNN case retrieval algorithm. Then, the case feature attribute weight value was calculated by using the entropy weight method. Finally, a mine model JKMD - 4 × 4 ( Z ) elevator electric drive system in Henan was taken as an example to analyze its actual monitoring data, which verified the validity and feasibility of the case retrieval of the method proposed in this paper.
