Abstract:To eliminate the adverse effect of sunshine temperature difference on the initialize heights of girders of continuous rigid frame bridge constructed by cantilever casting combined with the engineering practice of linear control of a V-shaped pier continuous rigid frame bridge the influence rule of sunshine temperature difference on girder linear was revealed by the methods of finite element analysis and engineering measurement. On this basis the method of two-time measurement-interpolation was proposed to eliminate the sunshine temperature difference effect. Meanwhile the initialize heights of girders construction pre-camber and live load pre-camber wee analyzed. The results showed that in the cantilever construction stage the vertical deformation of the main girder caused by the sunshine temperature difference was in the shape of parabola the deformation effect is significant. Therefore the construction measurement should try to avoid the higher sunshine temperature period. During the non-ideal period the template setting out adopted the method of two-time measurement interpolation which the calculation should take into account the correction affected by the sunshine temperature difference. The determination of construction pre-camber was a dynamic calculation process of continuous measurement identification correction and forward analysis. The vertical deformation of main girder by jacking force played a controlling role in the curve of pre-camber. It was recommended to calculate the live load precamber by setting up a condition with uniformly distributed load in the whole bridge according to the idea of equivalent substitution. Finally the results of this paper were applied to practical projects and the girder linear was well controlled. The validity of the calculation method in this paper.
