冷滚打花键表面轮廓精度的研究

摘要:为降低冷滚打花键表面轮廓最大高度Ry,提高冷滚打花键表面质量,基于花键冷滚打成形原理,阐述了冷滚打花键表面微观形貌形成机理,建立了表面轮廓最大高度的计算模型。通过分析冷滚打花键齿底到齿顶表面轮廓高度的变化规律,得到了进给量及花键规格相关参数(模数、齿数)与表面轮廓最大高度的关系。研究表明,在同一波谷到波峰的区间内,从齿底到齿顶,表面轮廓最大高度随进给量的增加而增大,且增加的速率逐渐增大,随齿数的增加而减小,且减小的速率逐渐减小,随模数的增加而增加,且增加的速率由大变小;进给量对表面轮廓最大高度影响程度较大,模数、齿数对表面轮廓最大高度的影响程度较小。通过花键冷滚打实验,验证了进给量对表面轮廓最大高度的影响规律,实验结果同时也说明表面轮廓最大高度计算模型的正确性。

Abstract:In order to reduce the maximum height Ry of cold roll-beating spline profile and improve the quality of cold roll-beating spline,the forming mechanism of cold roll-beating spline's surface morphology was clarified and the calculation model of maximum height of surface profile was built based on the forming principle of cold roll-beating spline. The relationship between the maximum height of surface profile and feeding rate and related parameters( modulus,tooth number) of different splines was obtained by analyzing the change rule of surface profile height of the cold roll-beating spline from dedendum to addendum. The results show that at the interval from the same trough to peak,from dedendum to addendum,surface profile height increases gradually with the augment of feeding rate and adding rate increases gradually. Surface profile height decreases gradually with the augment of teeth number and reduce rate decreases gradually. Surface profile height increases gradually with the augment of modulus and adding rate changes from high to low. The effect of feeding rate on surface profile height was significant and modulus and teeth number of spline has a little effect on surface profile maximum height. The effect of feeding rate on surface profile was verified by cold roll-beating spline experiment andthe result of the experiment also shows the correctness of the model of surface profile maximum height.
