基于总体最小二乘法的多普勒观测值测速算法

摘要:为解决最小二乘法在数据处理时只考虑观测矩阵的误差,没有考虑系数阵的误差较大时其计算结果不理想等问题,把总体最小二乘法引入到多普勒测速计算,推导并给出了基于总体最小二乘法的求解模型,并利用采集的实验数据进行了验证计算。运用总体最小二乘法进行数据处理,能够同时考虑模型中自变量和因变量的误差,这就很好地解决了基于最小二乘法不能顾及系数矩阵误差的问题。实验结果表明,基于总体最小二乘法的计算结果要优于基于最小二乘法的结果,其解算得到的速度误差大部分小于0.15 m/s。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the calculation result of the least square method is not ideal in data processing when the error of observation matrix is only considered and the large error of coefficient matrix is not considered,the total least-squares algorithm is adopted to calculate Doppler shift measurements,and the calculation model was derived and given,and the experiments of the calculation model were tested. Because the total least-squares algorithm can consider both the errors of the independent variable and the errors of the dependent variable,the defect of the least-squares algorithm is conquered. The results show that the calculation result of the total least-squares algorithm is prior to that of the least-squares algorithm,and most of the errors of the velocity are less than 0.15 m/s.
