采煤工作面瓦斯体积分数分布规律研究

摘要:针对综合机械化煤矿开采的特点和瓦斯涌出的来源,沿采煤工作面布置测点,对采煤工作面瓦斯体积分数进行监测,研究瓦斯体积分数在采煤工作面分布规律。对监测数据的整理与分析表明,在工作面内,沿工作面走向方向,由于风速、风量和漏风的影响,瓦斯体积分数是逐渐增大的,且在采面中部到回风侧之间,瓦斯体积分数变化剧烈,尤其在靠近回风侧的30架液压支架段。沿工作面倾向方向,瓦斯体积分数呈现较高、高、低、高、较高的现象,同时煤壁至采空区的距离之间,瓦斯体积分数存在一个最小值,其位置在采面的不同空间点有所不同。

Abstract:Based on characteristics of fully mechanized coal mining mechanization and sources of gas emission,using gas monitoring system,arranging on the working surface,through the monitoring of gas volume fraction of coal face,the distribution law of gas volume fraction in coal mining face was studied. Through the collation and analysis of monitoring data,the results show that the gas concentration gradually increases,and between the central to the return air side of mining face the change trend of gas concentration is urgent,especially in close proximity to the return air side at thirty frame of hydraulic support because of the influence of wind velocity air volume and air leakage along the strike direction in the working face; along the dip direction of working face,the gas concentration is higher,high,low,high,and higher,at the same time,the distance between the coal wall to the mined-out area,gas has a minimum value,the lowest point positions are different in different position of mining face.
