试论河南高教事业对于“本省历史因素”汲取的途径(点击标题下载全文) 已下载

摘要:在当前中原经济区建设过程中,如何发展河南省的高等教育,政府与学界多有建议和诸种良策,但是,对于如何从历史的角度汲取"本省高教历史因素"的启示,以及此种汲取的具体途径,尚未见到有专题研究。本文以民国时期的河南高等教育"本省化"措施作为切入点,分为五个方面,对如何汲取"历史因素"的途径进行了初步探讨。一、汲取优秀的"河南精神"的合理因素,强化高等教育为中原经济区建设服务的全局意识;二、借鉴民国时期河南高等教育学科、专业建设中"本省化"的宝贵经验,推动当前特色学科和优势专业发展;三、借鉴民国时期河南高教与社会紧密结合的办学经验,多管齐下,在管理模式和经费筹集方面有所创新;四、借鉴民国时期河南高等教育科研、课程设置及时呼应本省需求的办学经验,为中原经济区建设提供智力支持;五、借鉴民国时期河南高等教育师资队伍建设的可贵经验,加强"通识型"师资队伍的建设,重视中原传统文化的弘扬与传播。

Abstract:In the process of Central Plains Economic Zone construction, the government and academic have proposed many methods on how to develop the higher education in Henan Province, however, few studies are on how to learn the experiences of higher education in the history of Henan province from the historical perspective. Based on the actual localizing measures adopted by higher education in Henan province during the period of the Republic of China, the present paper explores the following five approaches to learn the experiences in history: firstly, to learn the excellent Henan spirit in history so as to strengthen the global consciousness of higher education to serve for the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone; secondly, to learn the higher education's valuable experience of courses and majors construction during the period of the Republic of China in Henan province so as to promote the development of featured courses and dominant majors; thirdly, to learn the experience of running a university in that connecting higher education with society closely during the period of the Republic of China in Henan province so as to innovate in management mode and funds collection; fourthly, to learn the experience of meeting Henan's needs at any time in researches and courses design during the period of the Republic of China so as to provide intellectual support for the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone; fifthly, to learn the valuable experiences of higher education's faculty construction during the period of the Republic of China in Henan province so as to strengthen the construction of the“general talent”faculty and promote the traditional culture of the central plains.
