摘要:针对目前煤炭行业经济低迷、矿业类大学生就业形势严峻这一问题,为给当代矿业类大学生构建一个良好的就业导向机制,首先对煤炭行业的经济发展现状进行了分析,提出产能过剩是煤炭行业不景气的直接原因,国家宏观调控与企业自主经营权重失衡是煤炭市场不景气的根本原因;然后对煤炭行业前景进行预测,认为未来几十年煤炭行业的主导地位不会改变,其发展方向应该是规模化、现代化及物联化;最后对矿业类大学生就业前景进行展望,构建一个与煤炭行业未来发展相匹配的就业导向机制。

Abstract:In response to the depression of coal industry and the severe employment situation of mining majors nowadays, the present paper explores how to build a good employment-guidance mechanism for mining majors, firstly, the authors analyze the present situation of coal industry and point out that the excessive coal production capacity is the immediate cause and the imbalance between national macro-control and enterprise independent operation is the root cause of depressed coal market; the authors forecast the prospect of coal industry, i. e. the coal industry's dominant position will not change in the future and its development direction will be large scale, modernization and instrumentation; finally, the authors discuss the prospect of mining majors and build an employment-guidance system that can match with the future development of coal industry.
