Abstract：In the process of Central Plains Economic Zone construction, how to make the profound and rich connotative culture resource as the starting point of promoting the development of cultural industries is an important research topic. Based on the comprehensive study of the plight of urban and rural cultural resources in the current central economic zone integration, the author explores how to make urban and rural cultural resources flow freely, how to use them rationally and efficiently, how to create a scientific and flexible optimal path integration. It is hoped that the present paper can provide a support for the cultural dimension of urbanization in the Central Plains Economic Zone construction, and to enhance the competitiveness of soft power and influence of the Central Plains Economic Zone.
