Abstract：The sports culture is a key part of a university's campus culture, which can devote a lot to the promotion and activation of the campus sports culture, and is a key part in the construction of a university's campus culture. So we should give full play to the creative function and art eduction function of sports culture by the following three means: to improve the traditional sports teaching; to increase the mass sports performance; to add the artistic sports competition games. In the implementation process of the above mentioned three means, students' s creation and art education should be enhanced in order to make the comprehensive functions of sports culture as a part of professional education and quality education.
