Abstract：to improve the financial performance should be taken as a logical starting point of the management system innovation in modern university's management; the correspondent management system innovation is needed in order to innovate the financial performance. The actual approaches to university's management system innovation which based on financial performance are as follows: to improve the quality of talent cultivation by means of talent cultivation innovation; to promote the technological innovation by means of research management innovation; to improve the staff's performance by means of staff management innovation; to construct a qualified logistics system by means of logistics system construction.
