河南10所高校知识女性发展现状调查及相关对策建议

摘要:对河南省10所高校的知识女性发展现状做了调查统计,结果表明:10所高校女性教职工总数占比为42.07%,副教授与正处级及以上的高层女性占比为31.41%,除去副教授后的高层女性占比为21.47%,说明高层女性占比明显偏低。分析其原因,可归结为四大瓶颈制约:青春期的高考瓶颈,结婚后的生育瓶颈,女人第二春的早退休瓶颈,男尊女卑的传统文化瓶颈。为此,提出解决高校女性发展问题的三大对策建议:政府应逐步实现发展权、劳动权的性别平等;高校应制定向生育知识女性的倾斜政策;女性教职工要努力扮演"事业-家庭"双重角色。

Abstract:The authors investigate the present developmental situation of the intellectual females in 10 universities of Henan province, the results are as follows: the female staff's percentage of 10 universities is 42. 07%; the percentage of the females who are associate professors or the administrators above Zhengchuji is 31. 41%, while the administrators above Zhengcuji only occupy 21. 47%. The above results show that the female proportion in high position are very low. The authors think that there are mainly four following causes which lead to this phenomenon: the college entrance examination in the female's puberty period, child-bearing period after marriage, the younger retirement age for the female, the traditional concept that men are superior to women. Given this, the present paper suggests three strategies for solving this problem, firstly, the government should help to realize gender equality in developmental rights and labor rights; secondly, the university should make some policies to encourage intellectual female who are in child-bearing age; thirdly, the female staff should try to play the double roles well, that is, the roles in job and family.
