Abstract：In actual language use, some adjectives are used as in tensifiers for the sake of certain requirements, which include single word intensifiers and phrase intensifiers. The former includes intensifying adverbs, adjectives, nouns, single present participles and some specific words with emotional feelings. The latter refers to adverbial phrases and the fixed structure: adj + and + adj.
