Abstract：Faced with more challenges in modern society, a company of Electric Power in Henan Province decides to promote their development efficiently through organizing a series of activities with "Responsibility Cast Gold Medal" as the theme.The author explores the connotations of responsibility and what kind of responsibility the company and staff should have, which are core values of an enterprise, in the author's opinion, responsibility management should be the key to the continuous developments of an enterprise, it is hoped that the present paper can provide theoretical foundation for the company's activities with "Responsibility Cast Gold Medal" as the theme.
