Abstract：Social credit is a kind of social moral or social climate which plays a key role in the healthy development of economy and overall social progress.In order to promote the construction of social credit, we should be guided by the socialist core value system, take the socialist concept of honor and disgrace as the theme, take the improvement of the public's ideological and moral quality as guiding ideology.In order to form a cultural environment as "being honored for credit and being ashamed for breaking one's credit", we should follow the principles as follows: keeping the principle of people-oriented, emphasizing education, well cooperation in construction, being guided by government, giving guide respectively, creating a good environment, exerting a subtle influence, etc.
