当前煤炭企业重组后的人力资源整合问题研究

摘要:结合煤炭企业重组的实际情况,全面剖析了煤炭企业重组后人力资源整合过程中产生的问题,即员工心理变化、流失率增加、薪酬冲突、文化冲突、岗位变换和冗员等;阐明了煤炭企业重组过程中可能发生的人力资源冲突,提出了挽留核心员工、调整组织结构、重建组织团队、建立切实有效的薪酬激励体系和畅通的员工沟通机制等解决问题的具体措施,指出了当前煤炭企业重组后的人力资源整合具有的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The paper poses a comprehensive analysis of the problems arising from the human resource integration process based on the researches on the actual situations of the coal enterprise reconstruction, such as psychological changes of the staff, increased turnover, salary conflicts, cultural conflicts, job changes, redundancy and so on, it also clarifies flow chart of the human resources integration in the reorganization process of the coal enterprises, and gives the human resources conflicts graph in each stage, finally it proposes specific measures to solve these problems, such as retaining key employees, adjusting the structure of organization and rebuilding the team to establish an effective incentive system and staff communication mechanisms to promote the integration of corporate cultures, the author aims at providing references for the current human resource integration after the reorganization of the coal enterprises.
