Abstract：With the rapid transformation of society, the original value and belief system have being deconstructed deeply.Habermas, a Famous contemporary German thinker, proposed constitutional patriotism as the core to the law of patriotism.This view enlightens the construction of a harmonious society.The establishment and development of the Market Economy make legal belief the basis of contemporary faith, besides, legal belief is a best way that replacing the narrow ethnic identity with citizenship so as to make our multi-ethnics nation stable.National identity based on the law can bring legitimate civil loyalty and civic solidarity to our nation, in this way, we can achieve the long-term national stability and social harmony.
