发泡用水量对橡胶沥青高低温性能的影响研究

摘要:利用DSR试验、弯曲梁流变试验(BBR)对不同发泡用水量条件下橡胶沥青的高低温性能进行测试,并采用车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验分别评价混合料的高低温性能。结果表明:泡沫温拌橡胶沥青与橡胶沥青发泡前相比,高温性能显著降低,低温性能明显提高;泡沫温拌橡胶沥青结合料的高温性能随发泡用水量的增加逐渐降低,低温抗裂性能先降低后提高;与未发泡的橡胶沥青相比,泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能降低,低温性能提高,并且随着发泡用水量增加,泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的动稳定度不断降低,破坏应变值逐渐升高。

Abstract:DSR and BBR tests were carried out to analysis the high and low temperature performance of foamed rubber asphalt under different foaming water contents. Rutting test and low temperature bending test were used to evaluate the high and low temperature performance of foamed rubber asphalt mixture. The results show that the high-temperature performance of foamed rubber asphalt binder is significant lower than that of the rubber asphalt, and the low-temperature performance is improved significantly. With the increasing of foaming water content, the high temperature performance of asphalt binder gradually drops off and the low temperature crack resistance firstly decreases and then increases. Compared with unfoamed rubber asphalt, the high-temperature performance of foamed rubber asphalt mixture is decreased and low-temperature performance is improved. With the increasing of foaming water content, the dynamic stability of asphalt binder gradually decreases and the failure strain value gradually increases. It is recommended that 3% of foaming water content is appropriate.
