燃煤锅炉烟气湿法脱硫超低排放的微比例试验研究

摘要:基于自行搭建的烟气湿法脱硫实验台,对不同参数条件下的烟气脱硫效果进行试验研究。定量分析了烟气温度、SO2质量浓度、烟气量、表面活性剂含量、喷淋层数以及托盘孔径等条件对脱硫效率的影响规律。最后,针对中铝中州分公司2×220 t/h锅炉进行烟气脱硫超低排放工艺逆向放大设计。结果表明,SO2排放质量浓度为30.9 mg/Nm3,脱硫效率达97.5%,满足电站锅炉烟气超低排放指标。

Abstract:A lab scaling wet flue gas desulfurization ( WFGD) experiment device was designed according to the actual operation. The experimental influences of main operating parameters ( flue gas temperature, SO2concentration, flue gas quantity, the ratio of calcium to sulfur, spray layer numbers and tray bore diameters, etc.) on desulfurization efficiency were investigated. According to the results of the study, the process of flue gas desulfurization was designed for 2 × 220 t/h boiler in China Aluminum Branch. The concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions was 30. 9 mg/Nm3with the desulfurization efficiency of 97. 5%, which met the ultra-low requirement of flue gas emissions in power plant boiler.
