Abstract：The Belt and Road Initiative is a strategic layout that guides a new round of opening up and fosters new advantages of international competition. Meanwhile, it is also the main engine that leads the new era of globalization, reshapes the new global economic order and improves the global governance system, drawing great attention from the international community. In recent years, the construction of the Belt and Road has been implemented steadily and yielded fruitful accomplishments, but it is full of thorns and bumps, facing the global geopolitics, power wrestling, economic risks, security risks and other challenges. Therefore, we must pay full attention to it and establish a sense of risk prevention and control, being fully and properly prepared.
