Abstract:To explore the optimal proportioning of coal rock similar materialsthe natural apparent densityuniaxial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of coal rock of Zhao Gu I mine were used as simulation indexesan d similar material proportioning tests were carried out by orthogonal design method. In the experiment calcium carbonate cement fine river sand coal dust and distilled water were selected as raw materials and a 4-factor3-level orthogonal proportioning study of similar materials was conducted with the mass ratio of aggregate to binder the mass ratio between binder components the mass ratio between aggregate components and water admixture rate as control factors. The results show that the physical and mechanical parameters of similar materials vary greatly under different ratios and the effect of each factor on the simulated indexes is regular and the bone and glue ratio plays a controlling role on the simulated indexes of similar materials and the natural apparent density uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus all decrease significantly with the increase of the bone and glue ratio. The optimal ratio of similar materials was obtained by multiple linear regression and it was verified that the specimens made by this ratio could simulate the raw coal well in terms of physical and mechanical parameters uniaxial compression curves and damage morphology.
