摘要：我国主流意识形态话语权建设是中国化的马克思主义发挥功能的重要基础。加强主流意识形态话语权建设,必须构建主流意识形态话语权建设的内在生成机制、理论宣传机制、保障与激励机制、成效评价机制。

Abstract：The construction of safeguard mechanism for the discourse power of mainstream ideology in China is an important foundation for the Marxism with Chinese characteristics to perform its function. The internal formational mechanism, theoretical popularization mechanism, safeguard and incentive mechanism, and effect evaluation mechanism should be built to strengthen the construction of discourse power of mainstream ideology.
