Abstract：The collaborative innovation of cultural industry has a positive effect on the economic and social development of Central Plains Economic Zone. Cultures of different regions in Central Plains Economic Zone evolve from the same root while having distinctive features in historical development, therefore, it is extremely necessary to promote collaborative innovation. Central Plains Economic Zone is rich in cultural resources, while the comprehensive index of cultural industry is low and economic base that supports its development is not balanced. Thus, we should adhere to the five development concepts “innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing”to lead the collaborative innovation of cultural industry, so as to promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of Central Plains Economic Zone.
