基于21世纪海上丝绸之路的福州文化产业“走出去”战略研究

摘要:福州面向21世纪海上丝绸之路实施文化产业"走出去"战略具有一定的优势条件,但也面临着文化产品原创不足,龙头文化企业偏少,文化开放水平低,文化创意水平不够等问题。基于此,应坚持秉承"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念,从提升文化产品质量和效益、提升文化企业整体效能、推进文化产业转型升级、提升文化产业合作水平、构建互利共赢的文化产业蓝图等方面提出具体对策。

Abstract:Under the background of Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st century, there are many advantageous conditions for Fuzhou to implement the cultural “Going Global”strategy, and some problems such as lacking originality, short of leading cultural enterprises, low opening-up level and lacking creativity as well. Therefore, we should insist on the development concept of “innovative, coordinated, green, opening-up and sharing”, and put forward specific measures from the following perspectives: improving the quality and benefits of cultural products, advancing the overall efficiency of cultural enterprises, boosting transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry, promoting cooperation, and building a win-win blueprint.
