Abstract：The Marxism educational theory is an integral part of Marxism theory, which is one flag guiding the scientific development of China's education. After the reforming and opening-up policy, in order to advance the historical process of Marxism educational theory's sinicization scientifically, we must set base on China's fundamental reality, analyze the realistic requirements of education development, deepen the comprehensive reformation in education field, and further perfect the mechanism of education system; realize education equity and make people satisfied with education gradually; advance quality education and promote students 'all-round development; construct lifelong education system and establish a learning society. Only meeting the above requirements, can we improve the quality of education and promote the healthy sustainable development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
