“中国精造”:“中国制造”的转型升级战略

摘要:传统"中国制造"因质量层次较低、可靠性较差等原因面临前所未有的信任危机,此外传统"中国制造"存在的效率低、能源资源消耗过多、环境生态破坏严重等问题也使其难以为继。因此,中国制造业必须将原有的建立在粗放管理基础上的规模扩张之路转型升级为更加注重价值内涵提升的发展之路。基于此,本文提出了"中国精造"的新概念,阐释了"中国精造"的内涵,论证了"中国精造"是传统"中国制造"的转型升级。"中国精造"的提出,理清了中国制造业转型升级的发展道路,对中国制造业的发展具有重大战略意义。

Abstract:Traditional mode of“Made in China”is facing trust crisis for the poor quality and reliability of products, besides, Chinese manufacturing industry is confronted with a difficult situation for being claimed to have the following problems: low efficiency, excessive energy consumption and destruction of ecological environment. Therefore, it's urgent for the transformation and upgrading. A new concept, Fine- made in China, and its connotation is proposed in this paper, which is the development strategy of transforming and upgrading Made in China. The proposal of this new concept is of great significance to the development of Chinese manufacturing industry and clarifies the development route of its transformation and upgrading.
