摘要:聘用外籍英语教师在高校英语教育中优势明显,但是也存在一些问题。为实现外籍英语教师优化管理,通过实地研究定位外籍英语教师在工作和生活中存在的问题,结果发现外籍英语教师工作地点的流动性、个别外籍英语教师教学的过度随意性和日常生活中语言的差异性对外籍英语教师团队建立、外籍英语教师的教学质量和生活品质带来一定影响。通过文献研究对外籍英语教师管理问题进行了分析和路径探究,提出了建立省级整合部门、加强常规性和非常规性管理、探索中外籍英语教师合作教学模式以及建立外籍英语教师教学绩效评估体系等策略。

Abstract:The employment of foreign English teachers have obvious advantages in college English education, and some problems as well. To realize optimal management of foreign English teachers, the problems in their work and life are anchored through field research with the results that the liquidity of their working place, excessively arbitrary teaching methods of some foreign English teachers and language difference in daily life had some influences on their team construction, teaching quality and life satisfaction. Through document research, problems in the management of foreign English teachers are analyzed, meanwhile resolution strategies are explored, such as establishment of provincial integration department, strengthening routine and non-routine management, exploration of cooperative teaching mode between Chinese and foreign English teachers, establishment of foreign English teachers' teaching performance evaluation system and so on.
