摘要:科技的迅速发展、移动互联网的盛行,使人们更为便利地实时搜索、发送和接收信息,数据的产生以过去几十倍的速度增长着,大数据时代已经到来。对传统的制造类企业而言,大数据时代的到来既是机遇、又是挑战。为适应大数据这一环境,制造类企业必须进行组织创新。文章认为,在大数据时代下,制造类企业必须进行组织结构的扁平化管理,采用产品事业部制的组织结构形式,并鼓励员工自组织而形成团队的组织创新方法。另外,本文在人员设置和企业决策制定方面,也提出了创新方案。

Abstract:The rapid development of technology and prevalence of mobile internet facilitate people in realtime searching as well as transmitting and receiving information. The production of data increases by dozens of times contrary to the past, which indicates the Age of Big Data is approaching. For traditional manufacturing industry, this trend is both an opportunity and a challenge. Manufacturing companies must take actions on organizational innovation in order to adapt to this new environment. According to the paper, manufacturing enterprises must flatten organizational structure, adopt products division system and encourage teams that are organized by employees in the Age of Big Data. Innovative solutions on personnel allocation and decision-making are also put forward in the paper.
