Abstract：Leader-students forum system is the method and carrier innovation of students' ideological and political education under new situation, and an effective way to maintain the vigor and vitality of ideological and political education as well. The forum system plays an important role in students' value orientation, spiritual motivation, emotional adjustment, cognitive optimization, building a good educational environment and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education.
