Abstract：The construction of Tai-chi Chuan bilingual teaching materials is not only the need of the international spread of Chinese traditional culture, but also the practical demands of education's serving society function. Thus the construction should attach great importance to the social attributes and culture communication function of translation, and be aimed at promoting the international cultural heritage. The trend of international culture communication and translation style with the aim of foreign publicity are also of great significance to the translation.
