基于脆弱性指数法的煤层底板破坏深度预测

摘要:针对目前煤层底板破坏深度和规律研究主要集中在开采工作面,而对整个采区研究较少的问题,采用层次分析法(AHP)建立煤层底板脆弱性层次结构,利用正交试验下的FLAC3D数值模拟方法确定各影响因子权重,利用采区钻孔勘探资料和GIS图形叠加功能建立采区煤层底板脆弱性分区模型,并用该模型对采区范围的底板破坏深度进行预测。以平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司十二矿为例,通过与典型工作面底板破坏深度模拟值比较,建立煤层底板破坏深度与脆弱性分区的对应关系。结果表明:影响煤层底板破坏深度的6个因素按权重由大到小依次为工作面斜长、顶板岩性组合、采深、底板岩性组合、煤厚和煤层倾角;底板脆弱程度每增加1级,破坏深度增加5 m;采区底板破坏预测深度为12.2~31.7 m。基于脆弱性指数法的煤层底板破坏深度预测,为采区范围煤层底板破坏深度研究提供了新方法。

Prediction of coal seam floor damage depth based on vulnerability index method

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the current research on the failure depth and law of coal seam floor mainly focuses on the mining facebut there is less research on the whole mining areaAHP was used to establish the vulnerability hierarchy of coal floor.The FLAC3D numerical simulation method and orthogonal test were used to determine the weight of each impact factor.The borehole exploration data of the mining area and the graphic overlay function of GIS were used to establish the vulnerability zone model of coal floor in the mining areaand the model was used to predict the failure depth of coal seam floor in the mining area.Taking No.12 coal mine of Pingdingshan Tian’an Coal Industry Co.Ltd.as an examplethe corresponding relationship between coal seam floor failure depth and vulnerability zoning was established by comparing with the simulated value of floor failure depth of typical working face.The following results were obtainedThe 6 factors that affected the floor damage depth in order of weight were working face oblique lengthroof lithology combinationmining depthfloor lithology combinationcoal thickness and coal seam inclination respectivelyWhen the degree of the coal floor vulnerability increased by 1 levelthe depth of damage increased by 5 mThe predicted values of floor damage depth of mining area were from 12.2 m to 31.7 m.The coal seam floor vulnerability index method provided a new method for studying the depth of coal floor damage in the mining area.
