纤维沥青混合料强度的理论研究与试验验证

摘要:为了进一步揭示纤维沥青混合料中纤维的作用,在纤维沥青混合料的强度分析中,将纤维的作用等价成一种约束作用,即附加的小主应力,并认为纤维沥青混合料的强度指标比沥青混合料的强度指标高,根据两种混合料的应力莫尔圆关系,推导出纤维沥青混合料在极限平衡状态下的大主应力表达式,并对该式讨论分析,演化出多种受力状态下纤维沥青混合料强度表达式。最后,通过多组纤维沥青混合料的三轴剪切试验及劈裂试验,验证了本文强度表达式是合理的。另外,通过调整强度参数,使该式还可用于纤维沥青混合料强度的非线性分析和新型纤维沥青混合料的强度预测。研究结果对含有各种损伤缺陷的维沥青混合料的强度和其他材料的强度分析有指导作用。

Abstract:In order to further reveal the role of fibers in fiber asphalt mixtures,in the strength analysis of fiber asphalt mixtures,the effect of fibers was equated as a constraint,that was,additional small principal stress,in the strength analysis of fiber-asphalt mixtures,and that the strength index of fiber asphalt mixtures were considered as higher than those of asphalt mixtures.According to the relationship of Mohr’s circle of stress between the fiber asphalt mixture and the asphalt mixture,the expression of the major stress of the fiber asphalt mixture in the limit equilibrium state was derived,and the formula was discussed and analyzed in detail.The expression of the strength of fiber asphalt mixture in many situations has been evolved.Finally,through the triaxial shear test and splitting tests of multiple groups of fiber-asphalt mixtures,it was verified that the strength formula proposed in this paper was reasonable.In addition,by adjusting and changing the parameters in the strength formula,the formula could also be used for nonlinear analysis of the strength of fiber-asphalt mixtures,and could also be used to predict the strength of new fiber-asphalt mixtures.The results of this paper had a guiding role for the strength analysis of dimensional asphalt mixtures containing various damage defects and other materials.
