融合稳态-瞬态仿真的FSC赛车进气系统设计

摘要:Formula Student China(FSC)赛事规则要求赛车发动机的进气系统使用限流阀,为了在规则限制下提高发动机进气效率、优化进气均匀性,提出一种以增加进气量达到改善进气均匀性目的的“设计优化-分析验证”仿真方法。首先,引入文丘里管结构,并结合亥姆霍兹理论初步提高进气量,再分别基于ANSYS和GT-Power的实验设计优化限流阀结构、稳压腔容积和歧管长度,进一步提高发动机进气效率;然后,利用稳态数值分析方法,通过设计进气主管扩散器和歧管喇叭口结构,优化进气均匀性;最后,运用GT-Fluent的一维-三维瞬态分析对FSC赛车的进气系统进气量和进气均匀性进行分析验证。仿真结果表明,本文提出的稳态分析与一维-三维瞬态分析融合的研究方法,可以有效减少计算量,设计流通性和均匀性均能达到要求。

Design of FSC racing intake system based on steady-transient simulation

Abstract:According to the requirement of Formula Student China(FSC)competition,a restrictor valve should be used in the intake system of each racing engine.A simulation method of“Design Optimization-Analysis Verification”was thereby proposed to increase the intake volume and to improve the intake uniformity.First,The Venturi structure and Helmholtz theory were introduced to improve the intake volume.Subsequently,based on the design of experimental under the environment of ANSYS and GT power,the structure of the restrictor valve,the volume of the regulators chamber and the length of the manifold were optimized to further improve the intake efficiency of the engine.Then the steady-state numerical analysis method was used to optimize the intake uniformity by designing the intake manifold diffuser and the structure of the manifold bell.Finally,the one-dimensional and three-dimensional transient analysis of GT fluent was used to analyze and verify the intake volume and uniformity of the intake system of FSC racing car.The simulation results showed that,the method of fusion of steady-state analysis and one-dimensional-three-dimensional transient analysis proposed in this paper could effectively reduce the calculation consumption,and the design of fluidity and uniformity could meet the requirement.
