基于400 mm间距栓钉的内衬聚丙烯构件水压试验

摘要:为了解决地下粮仓防水防潮问题,选用10 mm厚聚丙烯塑料板,通过400 mm间距塑料栓钉将其内衬于粮仓内形成防水构件,并对该构件进行水压试验,研究水压作用下构件的受力性能。结果表明:栓钉400 mm间距下,内衬塑料构件的水压承载力达到38 kPa时发生焊缝破坏,压力下降至18 kPa;继续加载至26 kPa时,发生栓钉车丝滑移破坏,压力下降至17 kPa;最后加载至26 kPa时,塑料板破坏。水压作用下塑料防水板四节点跨中位移随水压增大不断增大,其最大位移为12.82 mm,节点处位移变化较小,最大值为0.74 mm;塑料板内节点处应力较大,四节点跨中位置应力较小。研究成果可为地下粮仓防水设计提供参考。

Hydrostatic test of polypropylene lined components based on 400 mm stud spacing

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of water-proof and moisture‐proof underground granary,a 10 mm thick polypropylene plastic plate was selected,which was lined with 400 mm plastic studs in the granary to form a waterproof member,and the member was subjected to a hydraulic test to study its mechamical performance under water pressure.The results showed that:At a stud spacing of 400 mm,the weld failure occured when the hydraulic bearing capacity of the plastic lining reached 38 kPa,pressure droped to 18 kPa;When the load continued to 26 kPa,the stud wire slipping failure occured,pressure droped to 17 kPa;The final load reached 26 kPa when the plastic plate was broken. Under the action of water pressure,the mid-span displacement of the four nodes of the waterproof plastic plate increased with the increase of water pressure. The maximum displacement was 12.82 mm,and the displacement at the nodes changed little,and the maximum value was 0.74 mm;the stress at the nodes in the plastic plate was larger,the stress of the four-node mid-span position was small.The research results provided a reference for the waterproof design of the underground granary.
