摘要:为了研究CS2溶液的环保、经济和增渗综合作用效果,以河南焦作赵固矿无烟煤为研究对象,无水乙醇作为混合剂,开展不同体积分数CS2溶液对煤的增渗试验研究。结果表明:经不同体积分数CS2溶液萃取后的煤样,渗透率从原始的0.000 160.001 33 mD增加到0.000 180.022 16 mD,增渗率提高了37.31%1 566.17%;煤样端面裂隙的面密度与增渗率随CS2体积分数的增大均不断增大,CS2体积分数达到50%时,煤样的增渗效果出现了转折点,即体积分数小于50%时,增渗率随体积分数增大而提高,但增幅相对较小,与之相反,体积分数大于50%时,增渗率随体积分数增大大幅提高。煤样的物质组成、化学结构和CS2萃取煤中的物质不同,是造成不同体积分数CS2萃取后煤样增渗效果差异的主要原因。

Abstract:In order to research the comprehensive effects of CS2 on environmental protectioneconomy and permeability enhancementthe anthracite coal sample from Zhaogu Mine of Jiaozuo in Henan Province was selected to conduct the experiments by CS2 with different volume fractions.The results indicated that the permeability of the modified coal samples had increased from 0.000 160.001 33 mD to 0.000 180.022 16 mDand the ratio of the enhanced permeability rised from 37.31% to 1566~17%.Furthermorethe areal density of fractures was improved at the end surface and the enhanced permeability ratio of coal samples was promoted with the volume fraction of CS2.A turning point exited on the permeability enhancement effect of coal sample at 50% volume fraction of CS2.The permeability enhancement ratio increased with the volume fractionbut the growth was relatively small when the volume faction was less than 50%.On the contrarythe permeability enhancement ratio increased quickly with the volume fraction larger than 50%.In conclusionthe main reasons for the difference of the permeability enhancement effect were due to the material composition and chemical structure of the coal samplein addition to different substances extracted from the coals by CS2.
